Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Strategic Mechanical Manager for its NL manufacturing facility in Ciénega de Flores, near Monterrey. You will lead mechanical infrastructure operations focusing on reliability, compliance, and performance of HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, and natural gas systems.

You will drive efficiency, design reviews, commissioning readiness, and sustainability initiatives while coordinating with stakeholders and service providers to optimize resources and reduce

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with machinery and utility infrastructure in industrial facilities.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical engineering standards and regulations.
  • Experience in project engineering, including develop review and commissioning.
  • Skilled in developing processes and strategies concerning machinery and mechanical operations.
  • Proficient in supervising and improving system performance through KPIs.
  • Understanding of industrial utilities requirements for reliability and compliance.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
