Job summary

Dauch in El Carmen, Mexico seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for employees and production activities.

You will supervise a team of technicians and contractors, plan preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, respond to issues promptly, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors on major projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in facilities maintenance/management, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience leading a team.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of facilities technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for all facility systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility-related issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards.
• Manage facility budgets and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Participate in facility improvement projects.
• Provide emergency response support.
