Jabil Mexico is seeking a Facilities Support Supervisor to coordinate daily activities of the Facilities Support team and oversee maintenance on building systems. You will supervise trades and ensure timely maintenance across electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work.

The role requires 4–6 years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and a proven ability to lead and train staff while adhering to safety policies. On-site position with focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily activities of the Facilities Support Team.
• Oversee maintenance on building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Ensure proper materials procurement and avoid over-ordering.
• Ensure staff are trained, certified, and performing assigned functions.
• Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
• Update mechanical prints when changes mandate.
• Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
