SHEIN is seeking a Loss Prevention Coordinator in Mexico City to coordinate administrative and operational activities supporting warehouse operations. You will manage assets, access systems, and site services while ensuring regulatory compliance and SLA adherence.

The role requires 2+ years in related fields, proficiency with ERP and MS Office, and a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics operations, facilities management, procurement, vendor coordination, or related administrative functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience working with ERP systems. Asset and inventory management. Procurement processes (PR/PO).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and follow up effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities to identify operational deviations, analyze information, and implement corrective actions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Operational knowledge of warehouse operations, facilities management, inventory control, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on standardization and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities to support warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage assets, access control systems, inventories, and site facility services with accurate records.
  • Oversee maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and security services per SLAs with vendors.
  • Support audits by managing documentation, tracking corrective actions, and driving improvements.
  • Administer Purchase Requisitions, coordinate suppliers, and monitor contracted services to ensure material availability.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety and other regulatory requirements with up-to-date permits and licenses.
  • Manage access control, CCTV, incident investigations, and asset protection.
  • Maintain procedures and records, promote standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.

Official Job Title: Loss Prevention Coordinator
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the administrative and operational activities that support warehouse operations, ensuring business continuity, compliance with corporate policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage operational assets, access control systems, operational inventories, and site facility services, ensuring accurate record management and resource availability.
  • Coordinate the execution and administration of maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and physical security services, ensuring compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with external vendors.
  • Support the execution of operational, asset, and corporate audits by managing documentation, monitoring corrective action plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives resulting from audit findings.
  • Administer Purchase Requisitions (PRs), coordinate suppliers, and monitor contracted services to ensure the timely availability of operational materials, supplies, and services required by the business.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Civil Protection, and other applicable regulatory requirements by maintaining all required permits, licenses, and mandatory documentation up to date.
  • Manage processes related to access control, CCTV systems, incident investigations, and asset protection, contributing to the physical security of company facilities.
  • Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and administrative records up to date while promoting process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the effective execution of site administrative and operational activities.

Qualifications and Skills (Requirements – Mandatory)
