Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Lead CapEx projects and space planning.
• Direct IFM providers and manage SLAs and vendor bids.
• Manage workplace services and EHS regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting for OpEx/CapEx and energy efficiency.
