WeWork is seeking a Facilities Lead in Monterrey to oversee third-party vendors across Cleaning, Facilities, H&S, and Security. You will monitor expenses and support daily management of each building within the portfolio.

You will perform site inspections, manage maintenance plans, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate move-ins, events, and daily operations to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of facility management experience.
• Excellent communication across multiple staffing levels.
• Demonstrated ability to define problems and implement solutions.
• Experience with multiple vendor partners.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent English.
• On-site role.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee third-party vendors for Cleaning, Facilities, H&S, and Security; monitor expenses.
• Support Manager with day-to-day management across each building.
• Perform daily site inspections and address glitches.
• Execute annual maintenance plans for HVAC, electrical, fire, lighting and plumbing.
• Ensure vendor work meets quality, technical and time standards.
• Monitor compliance with annual facade washing, roof, windows, elevators, pumps, and backup power.
• Close member support tickets within 24 hours.
• Coordinate cleaning staff and inventory; manage pantry, restroom supplies.
• Coordinate and supervise waste sorting and collection per regulations.
• Be POC between cleaning operator and WeWork; manage admin, payments, personnel.
• Request and compare quotes; raise Purchase Orders; verify SLAs; ensure timely invoices.
• Track weekly spending; keep within monthly budget.
• Cross-check invoices against work performed.
• Conduct monthly safety inspections; supervise contractor access control; manage access cards.
• Support evacuation drills.
• Oversee move-ins: painting, desk setups, wiring.
• Plan events setup and branding installations.
• Proactively identify issues to reduce ticket volume and improve member experience.
• Serve as the main contact for Community, Sales, Members and Vendors.
• Maintain high standards of operation and OHS compliance.
