Formación

• Ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience in facilities/services management.
• Experience with vendor management and project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Manage vendor services (Business Services, Consumables, Housekeeping, Waste Management, Food Services and Secretaries, etc.) and provide financial planning and control for Site Operations.
• Oversee staff relocation (moves) and management of the phone/voicemail system and Facilities Systems development.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standards.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to motivate a diverse team and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
