• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in workplace, facilities, or vendor coordination roles.
• Experience with outsourced service environments and procurement processes.
• Experience with budgeting and invoice administration.
• Strong understanding of workplace operations and service delivery standards.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workplace and facilities operations.
• Coordinate all site services through vendors (cleaning, pantry, supplies, utilities, maintenance).
• Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, monitoring, and escalation of issues.
• Support sourcing, procurement, PO processes, and supplier onboarding.
• Administer site purchasing and accounts payable activities and invoice follow-up.
• Monitor service delivery against scope, SLAs, budgets, and standards.
• Prepare recurring operational updates and reporting on vendor performance.
• Promote a positive workplace experience through responsive service coordination.
