A facilities management service provider in Mexico is seeking an experienced candidate for facilities management. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years in management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in handling urgent repairs. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, managing office supplies, and serving as the key contact for facility issues. Technical certifications in HVAC or other fields are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: Scheduling preventive maintenance, responding to urgent repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and overseeing general upkeep of grounds and buildings.
• Administrative Support: Handling work orders, managing budgets, processing invoices, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies.
• Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for staff and the public regarding facility needs and issues
