Vertiv is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee manufacturing facility operations, ensuring reliability of critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, water, and power infrastructure. You will lead preventive maintenance, capital projects, and cost controls while coordinating contractors and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Experience leading facilities, maintenance, utilities, or infrastructure operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and external contractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead all facility operations, including maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and site services.
  • Ensure reliability of HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, water systems, generators, and fire protection.
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Lead facility expansion, renovation, and capital improvement projects.
  • Manage facility budgets, Opex, and capital expenditures.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
  • Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations to support current and future manufacturing needs.
  • Monitor facility performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage facility budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective execution.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
  • Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure facilities support current and future manufacturing requirements.
  • Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading facilities, maintenance, utilities, or infrastructure operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and external contractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
