Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repairs, and oversee upkeep.
• Handle work orders, manage budgets, process invoices, and maintain records.
• Serve as the main point of contact for facility needs.
