Plexus Corp. is seeking a seasoned facilities leader to manage a team responsible for maintenance, safety, and strategic planning across critical building systems.

You will drive preventive maintenance programs, supervise contractors, and coordinate capital projects to ensure reliable operations in a high‑growth manufacturing environment. You will partner with EHS and production teams to optimize resource use, reduce downtime, and follow ISO standards while upholding Plexus Core Values in every

Formación

• 5+ years in facilities management or related leadership roles.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000, 14001, 13485 requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and lead preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee installation of electrical/mechanical works for production equipment.
• Lead and document preventive maintenance to identify risks and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with external contractors for facility repairs and projects.
• Manage capital expenditure, staffing, and project planning for facilities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO standards and Plexus Core Values.
