Plexus Corp. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure products meet customer specs, industry standards, and Plexus QMS requirements. This role will lead CAPAs, approve ECOs, and drive master validation plans when needed.

You will coordinate with Process and Product Engineers, provide training, and serve as the main liaison for customer audits, supporting NPI documents and continuous quality improvement across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with CAPA, audits, and QMS processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related issues, including specification inquiries and audits.
• Provide technical training, leadership, guidance and direction to regional and site management and stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous quality compliance during manufacturing operations and lead containment and purges.
• Yield customer PPM to reduce Cost of Quality and deliver customer excellence.
• Lead development of inspection strategy for receiving and pre-ship inspections and out-of-box audits.
• Ensure Certificates of Compliance are created and maintained.
• Lead CAPA development for repeat or systemic issues and ensure implementation.
