Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain the building, implement improvement ideas, and plan facility operations while ensuring energy efficiency and cost reduction.

The role requires knowledge of nitrogen systems, high- and medium-voltage handling, and experience in the electronics industry, with a minimum of five years in the field. Strong hands-on engineering skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Industrial, electronic, electromechanical, or mechanical engineering (educational requirement).
• Knowledge of nitrogen system maintenance, high- and medium-voltage handling, painting, working at heights, basic plumbing, and construction.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Experience in the electronics industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive building maintenance activities.
• Maintain substations, compressors, lighting systems, refrigeration, buildings, electrical installations, and administration.
• Monitor energy use, review consumption, and seek cost reduction.
• Implement lean manufacturing systems in the departments.
• Train and educate the team or identify specific training needs.
• Develop service provider and monitor maintenance policies for peripheral equipment.
• Implement and maintain Lear building standardization.
• Maintain department KPIs within target.
