Job summary

Flex is looking for a Facilities Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus, to apply electromechanical engineering to design, modify or develop facilities, testing machines and processes used in manufacturing. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and supports energy-focused initiatives.

The candidate will oversee electrical systems, supervise a team, coordinate maintenance and work with suppliers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electromechanical or Energy Engineering.
• Intermediate English.
• Junior to mid-level experience as a facilities engineer with energy focus.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Understanding of electrical systems and generation processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electricity generation and management within the facility.
• Oversee co-generation systems and supervise personnel.
• Manage maintenance requests and operational requirements for co-generation facilities.
• Interpret single-line diagrams to assess electrical configurations.
• Supervise a team to ensure safety and standards.
• Utilize CAD software to support engineering tasks.
