Flowserve is seeking an Electrical Instrumentation and Control Engineer for our Laguna, Mexico site. You will supervise electrical/instrumentation aspects of dry vacuum pump systems and liquid ring pumps, ensuring safety, technical accuracy, and project alignment from concept through testing.
The role requires 3–5 years in industrial electrical design, experience with P&ID, DCS/PLC wiring, and standards like NEC/NFPA/CSA/FM/UL.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/instrumentation field from an accredited university.
- 3–5 years in industrial electrical design across process industries or related sectors.
- Knowledge of NEC/NFPA/CSA/FM/UL, P&ID, DCS and PLC; use of E-Plan, AutoCAD, and Windows tools.
- Good command of English; ability to communicate technically with global teams.
Responsabilidades
- Review electrical and instrumentation specs to meet global safety standards.
- Develop schematics, BOMs, control panel drawings, and ladder logic diagrams.
- Validate designs, integrate with DCS/PLC wiring, and coordinate with interfaces.
- Direct designers and technicians through design, production, and testing phases.
- Review quotes and supplier proposals; ensure quality and schedule adherence.
