Symrise is seeking a project workflow controller and lab coordinator to ensure efficient project movement with clear visibility and disciplined prioritization. You will track progress across all active projects, update timelines, and support cross-functional prioritization with Flavor Development, Marketing, and Sensory Analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field is required.
• Experience in the flavor or ingredients industry with a background in project management, application laboratories, and R&D is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project workflow management, including brief management, stage-gate processes, and commercialization processes.
• Desirable English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure projects move efficiently through the system with visibility, prioritization, and operational discipline (workflow controller and lab coordinator).
• Coordinate the overall flow of projects by tracking progress, monitoring all active projects, updating statuses, managing timelines, and supporting prioritization.
• Support operational planning by organizing weekly planning activities, providing workload visibility, coordinating resources, and managing lab occupancy.
