As Sr Food Technologist, Application Technologist, you will be responsible for developing formulations and prototypes through proactive projects and initiatives. You will work on a wide range of finished savory application samples suitable for internal evaluations and external presentation to customers, showcasing dsm-firmenich flavors, ingredients, technologies, and innovations. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to product innovation in various savory categories, such as proteins and alternative proteins. Your Key Responsibilities

• High understanding of meat processed & vegan foods applications, desirable cheese processed products.
• Managing and championing required actions to meet project objectives.
• Creative and proactive development of bases and new concepts to showcase dsm-firmenich capabilities.
• Manage and coordinate flavor applications and provide technical support for diverse project initiatives in the savory category.
• Leverage technical knowledge in flavors, ingredients, formulations, and processes related to savory.
• Establishing and maintaining a network of relationships within the technical team and support areas (sensory, marketing, commercial, operations).

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Desirable: MSc.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proactive, organized, team player, focused on objectives.
• 5-7+ years of experience in the meat industry or related fields (ingredients).
• Technical and application knowledge in savory.
• Business-driven mindset.
