Bluelight in Mexico is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps engineer to join our rapidly growing consultancy. You will design, deploy, and operate high-availability systems for diverse clients, applying automation and security best practices.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on AWS work (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora), IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response. We offer remote work, competitive compensation, and strong learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3).
• Terraform or CloudFormation IaC experience.
• Docker containerization and ECS/Fargate orchestration.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Security-first mindset: vulnerability scanning and hardening.
• SOC 2 audit support and client security reviews.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, and root-cause analysis.
