Bluelight Consulting is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps professional to join our expanding team. You will leverage AWS services, IaC, and containerization to build secure, reliable systems for diverse clients across the Americas.

The role requires experience with production databases, CI/CD pipelines, and proactive incident management. You will contribute to challenging projects in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and upholding

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS experience: ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3.
• Production Aurora/PostgreSQL with multi-AZ failover and read replicas.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization with Docker; orchestration via ECS/Fargate.
• CI/CD pipelines development and maintenance.
• Deployment automation with rollback drills.
• Observability tooling: OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, etc.
• Load testing with k6 or similar; latency SLOs and error budgets.
• Security-first: vulnerability scanning, secrets, hardening.
• Support SOC 2 audits and client security reviews.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, root-cause analysis.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong ownership and client focus.

• Operate AWS services and ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Lead IaC efforts and automate deployment and rollback procedures.
• Monitor systems, log best practices, and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with clients to meet security and compliance needs.
