Epicor in Monterrey is seeking an Expense Reports Intern to support the Accounting Team with travel expense audits in Navan, and to book transactions in Kinetic and Contpaq, while providing customer service through the travel mailbox.

The role requires intermediate Excel skills, a proactive service mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail. No prior expense auditing experience is required; training on Epicor policies and local tax rules will be provided.

The position of Expense Reports Intern will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with travel expense audits in the Navan expense tool, booking transactions in our Kinetic System, booking expense reports in Contpaq, and customer service, attending our travel mailbox.

Intermediate Excel skills.

70% English.

Very good attitude of service.

Very responsible and open to learning.

Very good communication skills (be able to communicate with employees).

No experience in auditing expenses is needed (he/she will be properly trained on Epicor policies and tax requirements from the Local Authority).

Attention to detail.
