Epicor is seeking a Financial Services Specialist in Monterrey to manage accounts receivable for an assigned territory, contacting customers to secure promises to pay and coordinating with sales and service to resolve disputes. You will also process credit memos, enter invoices, and reconcile accounts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, data-entry proficiency, and fluent English.

Formación

• 2+ years of applicable experience
• High school diploma preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of accounts receivable for assigned territory
• Contact customers to obtain promises to pay and follow up on status of payments
• Resolve disputes and initiate credit memos as needed
• Secure purchase orders when required
• AR/collections reporting and analysis
• Enter electronic invoicing for customer accounts
• Account reconciliation and tie-offs as needed
• Review account status, document information in internal systems
