Epicor is seeking an accounting support specialist to assist with daily general accounting activities in Monterrey. You will prepare and post journal entries, support reconciliations, assist with tax compliance, and help with month-end and year-end closings.

The role also involves handling AP/AR tasks, generating reports, and participating in process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to accurate financial records and collaborate with a proactive team in a global ERP

Formación

• Experience in general accounting activities and backup support for monthly closings.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and preparing schedules.
• Familiarity with tax compliance support and documentation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Accounting team with daily general accounting activities.
• Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with account reconciliations and analysis of financial information.
• Support tax compliance activities, including gathering documentation and preparing schedules for tax filings.
• Review and organize accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
