Flix is expanding its footprint in Mexico City and beyond, seeking a Real Estate Locator to shape and manage Flix infrastructure regionally. You will identify markets, lead land contracts, and coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams to enable growth while ensuring feasible, compliant site options.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 5 years in corporate real estate, solid knowledge of property docs, and willingness to travel. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 years of corporate real estate and expansion experience focused on site selection and land negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of land documentation and legal processes.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with expansion strategy.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation and closing of contracts for new land or commercial space.
• Oversee validation of legal documentation to determine feasibility and strategies for property accreditation.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to finalize contracts.
• Administer and monitor multiple infrastructure and access projects (10+) for timely execution.
• Coordinate with Business Partners, Operations, and city officials to resolve infrastructure or permitting issues.
• Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with accuracy and legal alignment.
