Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, seeks a Spa Host to deliver warm, personalized guest service, support daily spa operations, and maintain pristine facilities. You will greet guests, help with appointments, and ensure a serene, secure spa environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in luxury hospitality, strong organizational and communication skills, high grooming standards, and a genuine passion for health and wellness.

Formación

• Hospitality experience in hotel, spa, or luxury wellness settings.
• Passion for health, wellness and guest service excellence.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a luxury resort.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide information about spa services and facilities.
• Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements and use of facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa areas and locker rooms.
• Complete daily opening/closing checklists and restock amenities as needed.
• Support therapists and spa team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow safety, hygiene and resort procedures at all times.
