Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools and digital processes is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish; ability to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the General Director's agenda, meetings, guests and visits.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, itineraries.
• Support executive events and leadership forums: agendas, participants, catering, vendor coordination.
• Prepare and track expense reports, purchase requisitions and purchase orders in GM systems.
• Draft professional communications in Spanish and English to executives and teams.
• Maintain organized directories, org charts and trackers; ensure data accuracy.
• Support cross-functional projects with presentations and follow-ups for the Managing Director's office.
• Build dashboards and automations to enhance team efficiency using AI.
