Job summary

Landing is seeking an Operations Analyst in CDMX to own KPI definitions and dashboards, analyze data, and present findings with clear recommendations. You will build trusted recurring reports and prepare pre-reads for reviews, while collaborating with CDMX teams and traveling to the US as needed.

The role requires 1–4 years of operations analytics experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong BI skills with AI proficiency.

Qualifications

1 to 4 years as an operations analyst or working with a C-level team
Fluent in KPIs and dashboards; able to explain deviations succinctly
Strong in spreadsheets and comfortable in a BI tool
Everyday use of AI tools in real work
Fluent in English and Spanish
Discretion with sensitive information and ability to challenge executives with evidence

Responsibilities

Own the Operations KPIs: definitions, normal ranges and what moves them
Answer questions with data and come back with findings and a recommendation
Build recurring reports leadership trusts
Prepare pre-reads for reviews and track commitments
Spend time with the CDMX teams and flag problems early, including the ones nobody escalates
Use AI tools to work faster. This is a requirement, not a bonus
