Job summary

Daimler Truck Mexico is seeking a strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the regional people agenda, align with corporate objectives, and drive organizational effectiveness. You will partner with the Mexico Executive Committee to shape talent, culture, and workforce planning while overseeing compensation and HR operations.

You will influence leadership on organizational design, governance, and labor relations, fostering a high-performance culture across the business in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 10 years in management positions.
• Knowledge in labor relations, legal framework, and performance management.
• Knowledge of compensation systems.
• English level: C1; Spanish: C1.
• Master degree is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy for Mexico; participate in Mexico Executive Committee decisions.
• Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Direct compensation programs; ensure policy compliance and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the people perspective in executive discussions on strategy and risk.
• Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and support transformation; monitor key workforce metrics.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR leadership team and build strong succession pipelines.
