Transnational Manufacturing Company seeks a Managing Director to oversee all country activities, drive developments, and act as legal representative. The role demands strong operations skills, leadership, and a record of delivering financial and strategic targets.

The candidate should have 10+ years in a responsible role within international manufacturing, preferably packaging/plastic injection, with potential to grow across America.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree with business administration.
• 10+ years in a senior role in international manufacturing.
• Experience in packaging and plastic injection is preferred.
• Background in automotive manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong technical background for guiding innovations.
• Experience with acquisitions and due diligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop a world-class Safety Culture to zero accidents.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies including EHS and legal.
• Manage staff, satisfy customers, drive growth and financial targets.
• Set strategy for the entity within Group direction and EMT input.
• Translate strategy into goals, plans and budgets with BU head.
• Support integration of acquisitions.
• Develop and implement roadmap for operational performance.
• Lead the Leadership Team and foster a culture of ownership.
• Collaborate with sales and innovation teams; align with Group matrix.
• Ensure proper reporting per Group policies.
