Jovenes en Camino invites an Executive Director to lead our U.S. organization from Brentwood, Tennessee, with a focus on rebuilding the fundraising engine and growing donor relationships. You will report to a U.S. board and collaborate with the country director in Honduras, traveling there 2–5 times per year.

The role emphasizes closing five- and six-figure gifts and establishing durable donor systems to sustain growth, with strong program alignment and international oversight.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree welcomed but not required.
• Alignment with JEC’s Christian mission and ability to represent it to churches, donors, and partners.
• Successful completion of background screening and child-safeguarding certification.
• Strong cultural competence and ability to lead diverse, global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Fundraising and revenue growth — approximately 40% of time.
• Donor engagement, communications, and brand — approximately 25% of time.
• Program liaison and international oversight — approximately 20% of time.
• Board partnership, finance/administration, and team leadership/culture — approximately 15% of time.
