Jovenes en Camino invites an Executive Director to lead our U.S. organization from Brentwood, Tennessee, with a focus on rebuilding the fundraising engine and growing donor relationships. You will report to a U.S. board and collaborate with the country director in Honduras, traveling there 2–5 times per year.
The role emphasizes closing five- and six-figure gifts and establishing durable donor systems to sustain growth, with strong program alignment and international oversight.
Brentwood, TN · Full-time · Must reside in Middle Tennessee
For twenty-two years, Jovenes en Camino has given a home, an education, healthcare, and a family to orphaned and at-risk boys in Honduras. About 300 boys have come through our campus in El Zamorano. We also run a rural primary care clinic serving the surrounding community and a transition program in Tegucigalpa for young men entering adult life.
We’re hiring an Executive Director to lead our U.S. organization — and this is a rebuild-and-grow role, not a caretaker role. The programs are strong; the fundraising engine behind them isn’t yet built to match. We need a fundraiser first: someone who is energized by asking people to invest in children, who can personally close five- and six-figure gifts, and who has the discipline to build the donor systems that make growth last.
You would report to a U.S. board where every member gives and opens doors, partner with an exceptional country director in Honduras, and travel there two to five times a year.
