Mattel Latin America is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP/Director LATAM in Mexico. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating complex travel, and acting as a liaison with internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and over 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role within multinational firms. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and fluency in English and Spanish are essential.

The Executive Assistant LATAM will provide high-level administrative support to the VP/Director LATAM, ensuring effective management of daily operations, calendar, travel arrangements, and regional logistics. Based in Mexico, this role will serve as a key liaison between the VP/Director and internal teams across Latin America, as well as external stakeholders such as vendors and service providers. The Executive Assistant will act with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational excellence, supporting Mattel's values of diversity and inclusion while contributing to the success of the LATAM leadership team.
