Rockwell Automation in Monterrey, MX, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. You will develop high‑performance teams and ensure efficient daily execution across shifting schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, experience in hourly manufacturing personnel, and English communication. SAP/PLAN and Excel skills are valued, with a strong safety culture and cross‑functional collaboration expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing hourly personnel in manufacturing environments.
• Availability to work afternoon shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM).
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken).
• Experience in reading electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of SAP and PLAN; Excel skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap, safety incidents) to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop high‑performance teams, ensuring accountability and a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
