Rockwell Automation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while developing high-performance teams on a late-afternoon shift (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM).

The role requires engineering education and experience managing hourly personnel, with a strong emphasis on safety, electrical diagram literacy, and conversational English. You will report to the Production Manager and work onsite.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing hourly personnel in manufacturing environments.
• Availability to work afternoon shift (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM).
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Experience in electrical diagram reading.
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap, safety incidents) to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop high-performance teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong safety culture.
• Ensure proper resource allocation, staffing, and shift coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve processes.
