Zeekr México seeks an Aftersales Technical & Operational Training Supervisor to lead the development and execution of training programs across our dealer network for Zeekr BEV and Lynk & Co PHEV/MHEV brands.

This role combines technical training, aftersales operations, and dealer capability development to elevate technicians, service teams, warranty staff, and parts personnel to high standards in safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive technical training and aftersales experience.
• Hands-on BEV and hybrid vehicle knowledge.
• Strong diagnostics, high-voltage safety, and service operations understanding.
• Experience with OEM tools, DMS, EPC, LMS, and warranty systems.
• High-voltage certification or EV safety credential preferred.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, localize, and deliver technical and operational training programs for dealer and field teams.
• Train personnel on EV, hybrid, and conventional powertrains, diagnostics, and OEM tools.
• Lead technician certification programs across competency levels.
• Ensure high-voltage safety compliance and workshop readiness.
• Deliver training on warranty administration, parts operations, and service processes.
• Collaborate with China HQ to align local standards with global requirements.
• Identify field issues and elevate technical trends, warranty challenges, and gaps.
• Monitor dealer performance via training KPIs and certification coverage.
