Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance.
• MBA is a strong plus.
• 5-7 years in PM, business development, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record in expansion initiatives or partnerships.
• Strong market dynamics, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work environment (remote and on-site).
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency desirable.
