You will conduct A/B tests, analyze analytics, optimize SEO/SEM, and collaborate with design and development to drive online sales. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of data-driven digital marketing experience and fluent Spanish.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital marketing with CRO and UX focus.
• Experience planning and executing A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Proficiency with web analytics and CRO platforms.
• Strong SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with user journey mapping and usability testing.
• Fluent in Spanish; able to work remotely.
