About the Role

Our client, a prominent food and beverage processing company in Saltillo, Coahuila , is seeking a dedicated Specialist in Food and Beverage Cleaning Protocols. This role is paramount in ensuring that all operational areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation required by the food industry, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines (e.g., HACCP, FDA). The Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing cleaning and sanitation procedures, training staff, and maintaining meticulous records. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food safety regulations and proven experience in establishing and maintaining robust cleaning programs in a food processing environment. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site process development and remote analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and update cleaning and sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production and processing areas.
• Oversee and conduct regular audits of cleaning practices to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards.
• Train and educate staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and sanitation protocols.
