The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and 3–5 years in sanitation or QA, with strong HACCP and GMP knowledge and practical cleaning program experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sanitation or QA within food & beverage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and GFSI standards.
• Experience developing and implementing cleaning and sanitation programs.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment in food processing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update cleaning SOPs for all production areas.
• Audit cleaning practices for regulatory compliance and internal standards.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
• Monitor inventory and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Investigate deviations or non-compliance related to sanitation.
• Collaborate with QA and Production to integrate cleaning into food safety.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and audits.
