Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior ERP Testing Specialist SAP S/4HANA to lead end-to-end testing across SAP S/4HANA and integrated ERP solutions. You will define testing strategies, coordinate SIT/UAT, manage defects, and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, and global delivery teams, mentoring the testing staff and driving continuous improvement in testing practices.

Your Role

As a Senior ERP Testing Specialist SAP S/4HANA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and successful delivery of SAP transformation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end testing activities across SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise applications, driving testing excellence throughout implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project teams, you will design testing strategies, coordinate execution, manage defects, and ensure solutions meet business, operational, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA and integrated SAP solutions, ensuring high-quality and reliable business outcomes.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and governance across ERP transformation, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing while managing risks, dependencies, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, and global delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive testing excellence through best practices, quality standards, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor testing team members and provide leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise across testing activities.
• Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, operational resilience, and business continuity requirements.
