Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for complex client environments. You will drive workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure high-quality project execution while collaborating with global and multicultural teams.

Advanced English (C1–C2) is required. Knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements (tax, CFDI) is a plus; the role offers growth learning opportunities

Formación

• 5–8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and Mexican regulatory requirements (tax, e-invoicing CFDI is a plus).
• Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 required).

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

• Provide functional leadership to junior consultants and offshore teams.

Your Role

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for complex client environments. You are expected to act as a subject matter expert, drive client discussions, and ensure high-quality project execution aligned with business objectives.

• - Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• - Configure and optimize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA).
• - Provide functional leadership to junior consultants and offshore teams.
• - Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD) and external systems.
• - Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
