SSOE, Inc. is seeking an ERP Systems Specialist in León, Mexico, to support Deltek Vantagepoint operations across Accounting, CRM, Project Management, and Resource Management.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and end-user support within a collaborative environment. You will assist with user provisioning, basic configurations, and training material creation while coordinating with Finance, HR, and Project Management teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) to six (6) years related experience in ERP systems support or business analysis.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Supports daily operations of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system by assisting with user account management, password resets, and basic system configuration tasks under supervision of the Section Manager or System Administrator.
• Assists with data entry, data validation, and data integrity checks across Vantagepoint modules including Accounting, CRM, Project Management, and Resource Management to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Generates standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data extracts from Vantagepoint to support business operations, financial reporting, project tracking, and resource planning needs across departments.
