SSOE Group is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Support/Business Analyst to join our team in León. You will manage user provisioning, data integrity, reporting, and system configurations for Deltek Vantagepoint across Finance, CRM, and Project Management modules.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, HR, and Project Management to improve workflows, support upgrades, and train end users. The role requires strong English plus several years in ERP environments and basic admin skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of ERP systems support or business analysis experience.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience is required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic ERP administration and finance fundamentals knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Supports daily operations of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system under supervision.
• Performs data entry, validation and integrity checks across modules.
• Generates standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support operations.
• Provides first-level end-user support and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Helps with end-user training and training material creation.
• Assists with system testing during upgrades and new features deployment.
• Collaborates with Finance, HR, and Project Management to translate needs into system workflows.
• Maintains system documentation and user access permissions.
• Supports data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Monitors performance metrics and reports anomalies to management.
• Contributes to custom reports and dashboard development using Vantagepoint tools.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
