SSOE, Inc. in León, Guanajuato, seeks a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to oversee financial health of complex Tool Install projects. Responsibilities include cost accounting, billing management, and financial reporting to support project teams and leadership.

The role requires advanced English, 6+ years in project controls, and proficiency in Deltek/Vantagepoint and scheduling tools. Hybrid work model offered with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of progressive project controls, accounting, or cost accounting in engineering/construction.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Set up projects in Deltek Vantagepoint including budgets and billing structures.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow with project managers.
• Maintain WBS and cost coding for accurate reporting.
• Prepare complex financial reports: budget vs. actual, variance analyses.
