Job summary

Placements24 in San Luis Potosí is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of ERP systems across the organization. You will align ERP configurations with business processes and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring go-lives are on time and within budget in a dynamic industrial setting. Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Proven track record managing complex ERP projects end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of ERP modules and business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR).
• Experience with change management principles and methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish; English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations from selection to go-live and post-support.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Define business requirements and ensure ERP meets needs.
• Coordinate change management activities: communication, training, user support.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; propose solutions.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party consultants as needed.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and provide status reports to senior management.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality standards.
• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure successful go-live.
