Siemens Energy is seeking an EQS Excellence Coordinator at our Guanajuato plant. You will drive governance and continuous improvement of the Environment, Quality, and Safety management system, coordinating with QA, safety, operations, and engineering to deliver measurable improvements and sustainable results.

You will lead the EQS competence and training strategy, manage regulatory compliance, performance indicators, and cross-functional problem solving, contributing to a Zero Harm and Zero

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years in EQS, EHS, quality systems in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; auditor qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Govern and improve the integrated EQS management system across ISO standards.
• Coordinate EQS performance indicators and action plans with process owners.
• Manage legal/regulatory framework for environment and safety; close gaps.
• Drive sustainability and decarbonization with data-driven reporting.
• Define and deploy EQS competence and training strategies.
• Lead the EQS Excellence team and apply risk-based problem solving.
