Job summary

SysTechCorp Inc. in Mexico seeks an Epic EHR Developer/Analyst to lead implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Epic modules.

You will work with clinical and administrative staff to map workflows into system configurations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The role covers all phases of the implementation lifecycle, module customization, end-user support, testing, and training material creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, CS, or IT, with relevant experience.
• 1–5+ years' Epic EHR experience in implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred; understands clinical/admin workflows.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Epic EHR implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Configure and customize Epic modules to meet departmental needs.
• Provide end-user support and on-call after-hours rotation.
• Develop tests and validate new Epic functionalities.
• Create training materials and user guides.
