Brillio 2 is seeking an Analytics Engineer to manage the product backlog and drive healthcare IT initiatives. You will work on Epic-based workflows across ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, and Care Everywhere, delivering structured tasks with supervision.

Responsibilities include testing, documentation, incident resolution, and collaboration with clients and Epic specialists during U.S. business hours to ensure project milestones are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a closely related discipline.
• Epic certification or accreditation (preferred).
• Experience with Epic workflows and modules is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Product Backlog and program-level responsibilities.
• Support Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, Care Everywhere workflows.
• Deliver defined support, testing, and documentation with supervision.
• Collaborate with Epic specialists and client teams to meet milestones.
• Create clear documentation including tickets, test evidence, and workflow notes.
• Participate in Epic training and knowledge transfer to accelerate ramp-up.
• Develop proficiency across Epic modules and adapt to final program assignment.
