Kiewit Mexico is seeking an Electrical Engineer with advanced experience from conceptual to detailed design for power projects. You will review specs for UPS, chargers, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, and lead electrical calculations while coordinating with designers and construction partners.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years in multidisciplinary projects, with fluency in English and knowledge of NOM-001-SEDE-2012 and related standards.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years in multidisciplinary projects.
- Good reading, writing, listening and speaking English.
- Knowledge of NOM-001-SEDE-2012 and related standards (ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL, NEC, CFE).
- Ability to review voltage drop and grounding calculations.
Responsabilidades
- Review electrical equipment specs and data sheets (UPS, DC chargers, LV/MV MCCs, switchgears, transformers).
- Develop MV one lines and schematics; coordinate with designers and drafters.
- Perform electrical engineering calculations and produce design drawings.
- Coordinate bid evaluations and interface with construction partners.
