Rivermate, the Employer of Record brand, seeks an EOR Operations Manager in a hybrid role based in Mexico (Tlalnepantla). You’ll oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll inputs, and client interactions, ensuring SLAs are met and service delivery is precise.

You will bridge commercial operations and service delivery, own key client relationships, mentor a small team, and support LATAM growth with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years in EOR/HR outsourcing or managed services.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at an operational level.
• Knowledge of end-to-end employment lifecycle processes across at least one region.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR/project management certifications are valued.

This specific position sits within Rivermate—our Employer of Record (EOR) brand that enables companies to seamlessly hire, employ, and pay teams in over 180 countries without establishing local entities. We are scaling quickly, and this role will be key to driving our business operations across the LATAM region.

As an EOR Operations Manager, you will lead the function by bridging our commercial operations and our service delivery core, ensuring that every HR operation, payroll input, and client interaction meets our highest standards, SLAs are strictly respected, and operational performance is analysed with precision.

This is not just about overseeing workflows; it is about driving high-performing service delivery to build trust, provide actionable insights, and ensure our stakeholders have the visibility they need to scale with confidence, every single time.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day HR operations function.
• Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive HR cases.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures.
• Own key client relationships within a client portfolio.
• Partner with commercial teams to support business growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client-facing teams and payroll/service delivery.
• Lead, develop, and support a small, multi-disciplinary team.

What You Bring

• + 5 years of experience in an EOR, PEO, HR outsourcing, or managed services environment; deep understanding of how the model functions.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships at an operational level—remaining calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and commercially aware.
• Working knowledge of employment lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll inputs, employment changes, offboarding) across at least one region.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Relevant HR or Project Management certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP) are highly valued.
• Google Workspace, proficiency in HRIS/Payroll platforms, and experience with project management or CRM tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
